THE HOME BUYING COURSEEvery American has the right to own a home. Sometimes there are obstacles along the way. Usually, it’s money, but sometimes it’s bad credit, or simply not knowing how the whole home buying process works. HomeBuyers is here to help you. If you’re willing to take a few minutes to study the following information, you might be in for a very pleasant surprise. By taking this self-study course… HomeBuyers will walk you through the home buying process. We’ll help you understand necessary financing for building or rebuilding your credit. Becoming a homeowner will assist you in building your credit. Through this program you’ll establish your credentials as a homebuyer. We’ll even help you with your down payment. And remember, whenever you need assistance, you can always come back to HomeBuyers. COURSE INFORMATION HomeBuyers’s Home Buying Course consists of five sections with a short quiz of five to ten questions following each section. The final exam has five questions from each section with a total of 25 questions. To pass each quiz and the final you must achieve 70% or better in order to proceed to the next section. Because HomeBuyers’s Home Buying Course is a learning tool, you may page back and review the current section of the quiz. In the event that you did not achieve the necessary 70% to pass, please take the time to review that section so you may proceed to the next. Print the quiz and complete the test. Score your test by searching the lesson for the correct answer. You may mail or scan & email the Final Exam to your HBAF counselor.
