•     We were founded in 1999 as 501(c)(3) Non-profit Organization.

•     We provide Down Payment & Closing Cost Assistance to qualified buyers.

•     We help clients, with credit issues, to become qualified buyers.

•     Since 1999, we have provided more than $2,595,849.00 in closing cost and down payment assistance.  

•     Our staff is a group of dedicated, hard working people, just like yourselves.  We will do what ever it takes to help you.  Remember, sometimes it takes a little longer if you need to resolve credit problems.
